HIV is the virus that causes AIDS

Belongs to a class of viruses called retroviruses. Records only the living cells of a species that serves as host. L or retroviruses distinguishes a unique method of reproduction, which involved an enzyme called reverse transcriptase. Reverse transcriptase stops copy the virus's genetic information in a way that it can integrate into your own genetic code of the host cell, viral copies are reproduced with more host cells. Each of which contains the viral code. Once the virus enters a host cell, the infection is permanent. This virus has the ability to be inserted into the T4 lymphocytes, a type of white blood cells that are part of the immune system and body defenses. HIV reproduces within the cells above and ends up wrecking, producing new viruses that infect other cells and so on. Being HIV positive does not automatically mean you have AIDS, but most of the carriers of the virus sooner or later developed. When a person is infected with HIV, the virus can live up to ten years without showing symptoms. However, a few days after infection, and certain secretions containing the virus and people can transmit it (often without knowing it) If not taken proper precautions. HIV infection is a progressive condition. This means that you start by getting the virus, and later ill. "Later" can mean weeks, months or years. As soon as symptoms begin to occur, there may be periods in which the person feels well and others where it is terribly ill. As the immune system deteriorates and decreased ability to fight diseases, it is increasingly difficult to recover from injuries. Symptoms are loss of appetite, weight loss, diarrhea, nausea, night sweats and fever. They are called nonspecific manifestations that there are other diseases with similar symptoms.
