HOW TO DETECT AIDS virus AIDS VIRUS

Through a blood test can tell whether a person is infected or not by HIV despite no symptoms.
ELISA TEST
Can detect the antibodies that the body has developed to deal with HIV.
Western blot
Eliminates most of the errors involved with the high sensitivity of the ELISA. If the ELISA test results are positive, doctors perform the Western blot with the same blood sample, if the second is positive, it means HIV is contracted and developed antibodies. Only then can anticipate what will happen to the person and when to start treatment.
