INTERNATIONAL RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH HIV / AIDS

Right to life and health.
  It is the duty of hospital care for the patient promptly and fully.
  Right to social security.
Is required to give medical assistance in social security agencies.
  Having HIV
not a reason to cast a person of his work or his campus.
  Right of children.
   Like adults, children have the unquestionable right to be attended to promptly and professionally in all health institutions.
   No discrimination against equality.
    It is not possible to isolate or block sharing everyday activities and normal life.
  Right to privacy.
  Neither the test results, and interviews with doctors or medical records can be disclosed without consent of the infected.
  Work and education.
  The HIV / AIDS test may not be required when seeking a job or a place at college or university.
Freedom of movement.
  No infected by HIV / AIDS may be forced to leave a country or neighborhood. You can not fire someone from his job because of AIDS.
Right to participate.
  The membership in political parties and voting are rights of those infected with HIV / AIDS.
